Product Description Snore Guard is worn during sleep. It uses normal body reflexes to help keep the airway open. The device fits snugly on the upper teeth. When the lower jaw closes, the lower anterior teeth naturally strike the ramp and are induced by natural jaw movement to advance along the ramp moving the lower jaw to a more forward position. An aperture in the device between the upper portion and the lower portion facilitates the passage of air for mouth breathing and attracts the tongue forward. By inducing the lower jaw and tongue to a more forward position, the device induces a more open airway in the user resulting in a significant reduction in snoring. Minor forward movement of the lower jaw, in the range of 2 to 6mm serves to reduce the incidence of snoring.

Snore Guard August 23, 2010 J. R. Stoddard (Washington, USA) Arived on a timely manner. Seems to work, but not all the time. It's a little too big, but hard to cut down. Deteriorates with time because of the bite, but it's the only thing that I have found that actually works most of the time. and I've triel a lot of remedies. Causes a small amount of rub on the gums in the morning.
Snore Guard Mouthpiece August 4, 2010 David It did keep me from snoring but it dried out my mouth. Instead of the snoring waking me up I had to keep getting up to get a drink. I have decided to due without.
Probably Work Fine If It Stayed In My Mouth July 9, 2010 Christopher Michael Whalen (Connecticut) I tried this for a whole week. Even re-molded it several times to make sure I hadn't done it incorrectly. However, I woke up every morning and found it on the mattress next to me. It is possible I was using it incorrectly but I took it to my dentist and doctor and they verified that its a POS unfortunately. They did however, state that it might be effective with a slight snoring issue. But, for heavy snoring and apnoea issues.. this is about as effective as sleeping with a tissue in your mouth.
Snore Guard Mouthpiece July 7, 2010 Patricia A. Jackson (golden colorado) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Works well, don't boil too long or it is too flimsy to handle.
Rember to put your lower jaw slightly forward before you bite down.
More detailed instructions necessary July 3, 2010 M. G. Herman (Seattle, WA USA) I have bought two of these and one works, fairly well, but the other I bought to give a different feel I accidently trashed it by getting the water too hot, and the stick sent was too narrow, so that the whole thing dropped odd the stick and into boiling water and then melted together. I wrote the company asking for a third one at a reduced price and he offered me 15% off on the next one I order. The price is most reasonable but they charge too much for the shipping and handling,(about half of its price) .Snore Guard Mouthpiece Night Sleep Aid Snoring
