Here is a very sensible, easy, and logical way to change some simple things about my diet that paid off big time. By keeping track of the sugars & carbs I take in, I've been dropping weight while still eating a ton. Really like how simple it is. Recommend to everyone who wants to just be healthier.

Very Interesting all of the BAD stuff that we eat and really don't know what is in it or really how bad it is for us. I was just amazed with all of the bad stuff that I thought was good for us. Love the pictures but needs some more recipes and things in there for the good foods that we can eat or variations of them

I read the article on this book in the Costco magazine and was intruigued. So seven weeks ago I ordered the book from Amazon (Costco was sold out!) and read the key points. Essentially you look at the labels of what you are putting into you mouth with the goal to eat less than 15 grams of sugar and 120 grams of carbs per day. It's amazing how much sugar is in stuff you wouldn't think of - like low fat salad dressings & skim milk! I now drink unsweetened almond milk with my cereal (they sell Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla at Target in the refrigerated section!) and don't notice the difference. Annie's Bunny Love cereal is great too. Just go the grocery store, read the labels, and buy foods that allow you to meet the goal criteria outlined above. I also watch to make sure I get enough protein & fiber each day. Atkins Advantage bars are great for this. So far I've gone from 161 lbs to 149 lbs in seven weeks. Have fun & good luck.

This plan works for me. I have tried other diets, but couldn't stick with them. I have been on the Belly Fat Cure for over a month and my blood sugar levels have dropped dramatically without changing anything else in my life. I am writing especially since WebMD has just put out a negative review, written by someone who is clearly biased. I feel very strongly that people should try this plan and see what good results they will get in a short time. This is the first time that I have written a review on Amazon, but I was prompted to write at this time because I think people deserve another point of view. The WebMD reviewer makes it sound like you eat hamburgers, cheese and unhealthy foods all the time, which is entirely false. I have had only one hamburger in 5 weeks. There are many healthy choices to make -- just read and follow the book. Thank you Jorge for coming up with such a great plan.

Look at WebMD - they had an article about this program on their website today- they are very skeptical! I do think that I gained a lot of weight (when I was trying to lose it) by eating lowfat and no fat items that are packed with sugar. The sugar knowledge and becoming aware of how much sugar in in everything was enlightening (example - my lowfat stonyfield vanilla yogurt has 34 grams of sugar in one cup!). I am trying to follow it and do want to order some of the specialty items online. I am also used to more fruit and so that has been a change. (I can't imagine going without fruit when summer gets here!) I will read the reviews and continue to follow it and check back in with my results.
